MIKA - Love Today
배철수의 음악캠프에서 요즘 음악은 재밌어야 한다며 곡을 소개하던 기억이 난다. 이름을 듣고 혹시 일본 계열인가 했는데 보니까 활동무대는 영국이고 전혀 일본과는 관계 없더군. 노래를 정말 잘한다. 작사 작곡도 자기가 다 하고. 괜히 멋진 척 하지도 않고 그냥 들으면 기분 좋고 신나서 자꾸 듣게 되는 노래다.

플래닛 테러를 보고
Planet Terror (2007) Korean Subtitled Trailer 플래닛 테러 한국어 예고편
같이 일하는 사람이 어떤 영화 보냐고 해서 잘린 다리에 총 박고 싸우는 여자 얘기라고 했다. 왜 그런 영화를 보냐고 했다.
난 이 영화를 만든 감독이 그런 황당한 이야기를 그럴 듯하게 만들 수 있는 사람이라고 생각했고 내 기대에 부합하는 영화를 보았다.
다행히 여자친구가 맘에 들어 했고 심지어 자신의 취향에도 맞는다고 말했는데 대부분의 사람들은 그렇게 생각하지 않는 것 같다.
불광 cgv에서 7~8명 정도가 한산하게 여기저기 흩어져서 봤는데 30대쯤 되어 보이는 커플이랑 20대의 커플이 보다가 나가버렸다.
액션과 로맨스에 코미디와 좀비 비슷한 것들이랑 사람들이 잘리고 흩어지는 장면들이 골고루 잘 섞였다.
많은 사람들이 보지 못한 것과 앞으로도 국내에서 그리 크게 인기 끌 것 같지는 않아서 아쉽지만 그래서 더 소중한 나만의 기억으로 간직할 것이다.
이 영화가 주는 교훈
주머니를 잘 뒤져보자.
자신의 쓸모없어 보이는 작은 재능들도 잘 쓰일 데가 있다.
아이에게 총기를 휴대하게 하지 말자.
혼자만 아는 유용한 지식은 죽기 전에 나누자.
신체의 일부가 떨어져 나가지 않게 소중히 다루자.
